Growing up in a sailing family on the east coast of England, his love for the water started early. After training at the International Boatbuilding Training College (IBTC), Will honed his skills building race boats in the UK and Australia. His career then took him to Oyster Yachts, where he played a key role in developing their Commissioning and Technical departments over 20 years.
Will's role at Fox's is all about supporting the team moving forward and keeping a weather eye on various projects. While he has the hands-on skills to tackle any job, his focus is on leading and managing Fox's talented team of specialists. Projects have spanned everything from re-fitting the Queen's Rowbarge to working on cutting-edge composite race boats - a testament to the diversity and enjoyment of the job.
When he's not at Fox's, Will is either immersed in family projects, ongoing DIY at home, or campaigning his classic yacht Sunstone with family – bringing his journey full circle.
