Fox's Marina & Boatyard Vacancies - Workshop Staff (full time)
Located in Ipswich, Suffolk on the stunning River Orwell - Fox’s Marina & Boatyard is one of the UK’s leading refit and repair centres uniquely positioned to offer a complete range of marine services. With on-site workshop facilities for general yacht building, refit and finishing, spars & rigging, stainless fabrication, marine engineering and electronics - Fox’s provides support and services to private owners, large yacht builders and commercial customers alike.
With an increasingly busy boatyard and full forward order book, we are expanding and looking for additional hardworking, energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team.
The requirement is for experienced skilled hands with a passion for boats to assist with refit and repair work across the yard. If you think you have relevant skills we would love to hear from you.
• Proven experience in a marine industry
• Knowledge of a variety of marine vessels
• Relevant or particular skills
• A passion for boats
• Good time management
• Strong team player with ability to work alone when required
• Full driving licence
• Physically fit - able to work inside and out on vessels ashore and afloat
Normal hours of work 07.30 to 16.00 - 40 hours per week - with flexibility.
