We're very proud to share that three of our amazing young team members - Jaden, Nikola, and Charlie, were honored at the recent EAMA Awards, celebrating rising stars in the marine industry!
EAMA was launched with the aim of encouraging more youngsters into the marine idustry, and our talented nominees had a fantastic time at the ceremony held at Haven Ports Yacht Club.

Charlie Wheeler (Proficiency – Ashore)
Over the past four years, Charlie Wheeler has progressed from apprentice to a highly valued member of Fox’s spray shop team. His expertise in yacht finishing, combined with his positive attitude and unwavering dedication, have earned him the respect of his colleagues and made him a true asset to the business.
Jaden Light (Proficiency – Ashore)
Jaden Light joined Fox’s Marina and Boatyard with prior experience and a drive to expand his skills. His dedication and enthusiasm have quickly made him integral to several refit projects, where he has demonstrated remarkable talent. Jaden’s progress showcases his potential as a highly skilled and capable shipwright.
Nikola Masce (Proficiency – Ashore)
Relocating from Croatia to join Fox’s rigging team, Nikola Masce has embraced the challenges of a new role and a new country. Over the last 12 months, his skill in large yacht rigging has grown, and his dedication and professionalism have made him a trusted and respected member of the team.
