Meet Will Taylor-Jones, Managing Director and the cool, calm, driving force behind Fox's.
With over 12 years at Fox's, Will brings experience and expertise to the team. Growing up in a sailing family on the east coast of England, his love for the water started early. After training at the International Boatbuilding Training College (IBTC), he honed his skills building race boats in both the UK and Australia. His career then took him to Oyster Yachts, where he played a key role in developing their Commissioning and Technical departments over 20 years.
Will's role at Fox's is all about supporting the team moving forward and keeping a weather eye on various projects. While he has the hands-on skills to tackle any job, his focus is on leading and managing Fox's talented team of specialists. Projects have spanned everything from re-fitting the Queen's Rowbarge to working on cutting-edge composite race boats - a testament to the diversity and enjoyment of the job.
So, what's next for Fox's? For Will, the future is about building on Fox's strong foundation and continuing to offer a versatile service that caters to all aspects of the marine industry.
When he's not at Fox's, Will is either immersed in family projects, ongoing DIY at home, or campaigning his classic yacht Sunstone with family – bringing his journey full circle.
