Our rigging team once again welcomed Oyster World Rally participants to Fox’s for rigging workshops in preparation for the upcoming Rally organised by Oyster Yachts. A total of 29 participants, owners of vessels ranging from the Oyster 595 to the Oyster 82, took part in the event.
The day was structured into three 1.5-hour sessions, during which our expert rigging team covered essential topics such as safety, installation and usage of Sta-Lok rigging terminals, splicing techniques, and practical tips to minimise rigging chafe during bluewater cruising.
The fifth Oyster World Rally will see the fleet depart from Antigua in January 2026, embarking on a two-year circumnavigation of the globe. We hope the participants find the knowledge they gained helpful as they prepare for the journey of a lifetime.
