Firstly, Happy New Year to all our customers, suppliers and friends. The start of 2021 isn’t what any of us would have planned or predicted but we hope that this third lockdown, combined with positive vaccine news, will mean that we can be back on the water sooner rather than later.
In the meantime we would like to remind our berth holders and boat owners that whilst the marina remains open you should not leave your home for anything other than specified essential purposes. For more information on the Government Covid-19 guidelines visit www.gov.uk/coronavirus.
We have a core team of experienced staff members on site undertaking any work that cannot be done from home. Our marina and yard team will continue to deal with boat movements, berthing, laying-up and relaunching. They will also be making regular checks to ensure that vessels ashore and afloat are safe and secure.
All our refit and repair services – shipwrights, painters, engineers and riggers continue to operate across all departments. If you require assistance with boat movements, we are happy to collect or move vessels on your behalf during the lockdown period.
