This month we introduce Aaron Plumbly, a dedicated member of our marvellous marina team.
Aaron’s journey with Fox’s began seven years ago thanks to a school work experience placement. He instantly fitted in with the team and was snapped up for full-time employment the minute he finished school.
Reflecting back to his first impressions he says “even though it was my first job, I knew Fox’s was the perfect fit for me. The team is fantastic and there’s a great working atmosphere”
Having initially started in the engineering department, Aaron’s love for outdoor work led him towards the role of Marina Operative. His daily responsibilities include launching vessels, laying up boats and ensuring the smooth flow of boat movements. He enjoys the variety of his role and thankfully he “doesn’t feel the cold.”
Aaron has a passion for tinkering with engines of any kind, he has a motorboat on the Norfolk Broads and spends a large part of his spare time assisting the family business with servicing and repairing lawnmowers.
