This windfarm support vessel, CWind Challenger, arrived at Fox’s today for some extensive refit work, which will include Coppercoat underwater, replacement of the starboard engine and various electronics work. First on the jobs list is to remove her mast, antennae and wheel house pod so we can move her into the Fox’s workshop.
CWind Challenger was built in 2013 and is one of CWind’s fleet of MPC19 resin-infused composite vessels, employed at more than 20 offshore wind farms in the UK and Germany.
