Sam Hall, who has just joined Fox’s Rigging, is the son of British yachtsman, Josh Hall, whose sailing CV includes sailing solo round the world in the Vendée Globe and BOC Race. Sam has been a lifelong sailor, having started out like many youngsters locally on a sailing course at Alton Water Sports Centre before progressing to crewing for his dad, Josh, in his Open60atseveral Cowes Week regattas.Sam began his working life as a theatre rigging technician, but the lure of big boats has drawn him to change direction and we are delighted to welcome Sam to the Fox’s Rigging team.
Mark Forrester has recently joined Fox’s Marine Electronics department.Mark brings a wealth of experience and qualification in marine electronics having previously worked for both Oyster Yachts and Windboats Marine. With current knowledge of electronic instrumentation packages, autopilots, radar and communication systems, both low voltage DC and 230v AC systems,plus design experience of Mastervolt and CZone equipment, Mark will further strengthen Fox’s experienced team.
